1/16" rope is approximately 1/8" O.D. and compresses to 1/16"
1/8" rope gasket is larger than 1/4" O.D. but compresses to 1/8"
3/8" dense, rope gasket is approx 1/2" O.D. uncompressed
1/2" dense, rope is approx 5/8" O.D. uncompressed
5/8" dense rope is slightly larger than 5/8"
1/8" x 1" dense, flat gasket is close to actual size
1/4" x 1" dense, flat gasket is true to size
