    This is a blade type spot facing or counter bore arbor.
    Brand name is unknown , may be an import.
    Has a 1/2 inch pilot with a 3/4 inch straight shank.
    Over all length is a little over 7 1/2 inches.
    Fits a 3/16 thick blade, it comes with a 1 1/2 diameter blade shown.
    Blade mounts with a set screw in the pilot end.
    Very nice lightly used condition.
